Space Visualisation
Engaging with cutting-edge technology, I found immense excitement in visualising our group allocated area through a 3D mobile application environment scanner to craft an innovative exhibition platform for our designs. In the realm of design, this advanced tool becomes a transformative medium, allowing us to transcend traditional boundaries and immerse ourselves in the creative potential of spatial representation. By harnessing scanned models, we created 3D models of the designs that were fitted in the space, affording us a virtual canvas to curate and exhibit our designs.

The dome, our centre piece would act as a control centre for all devices we designed for the home. Habouring sensors that detect movement and then performing an action inclusive of: playing audio adverts, responding to queries and daily updates on request. The Dome also has lighting strips whose intensity increases with closer proximity and direction.

Making of D_Dome
Due to its intricate nature, D_Dome was modelled in 3D software by Qibin and Bekkaoui with artistic vision from myself, Jennoir, Wan and Kimberly to ensure that we have the best if all six worlds. It was then 3D printed and the pieces meticulously hand and spray‐painted to convey the elegant living room companion.

To digitally showcase our designs and to likewise have a digital presence, I designed the DOME website in Figma and later developed it using HTML, CSS and Javascript. The website was made to be quick to navigate and intuitive, through use of smooth animate and one‐page navigation. An 3D model of an exterior house environment ushers you into the interior where you can pick and choose what item to would like to view. In addition where details about each item known as a Catalogue, the About page and Meet the Team.
